LEGO Guardians of the Galaxy Advent Day 3
This year Marvel has a Guardians of the Galaxy advent calendar to tie in with the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.
The special is Mantis and Drax trying to find the perfect gift to cheer up Peter. The builds are most likely based on the GOTG movies than the special itself. But there are some Christmas theme builds like the presents. I don’t think we will have Mantis in an ugly sweater.
Today’s build is a Kyln Hoverbot from when the crew is taken to prison in the first movie. Thought it was some random ship at first the instruction have it facing backwards and upside-down so you see the rear thrusters with guns on top. The guns are one the bottom so they can point down at the prisoners.

LEGO Star Wars Advent Day Three
It’s time for LEGO advents. Every day till Christmas Eve we open a door of the Star Wars Lego Advent calendar (#75340) What is today’s LEGO advent item?
Today we have another prequel era ship, a droid Tri-fighter. The instructions on this were strange. The model was show vertical with the thrusters on the bottom. The top was cut off of the pic. Once I built it, it was clear it was a ship.
We are also opening the Guardians of the Galaxy advent calendar. That post will be up in a couple hours.
