LEGO Guardians of the Galaxy Advent Day 11

This year Marvel has a Guardians of the Galaxy advent calendar to tie in with the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.
The special is Mantis and Drax trying to find the perfect gift to cheer up Peter. The builds are most likely based on the GOTG movies than the special itself. But there are some Christmas theme builds like the presents. I don’t think we will have Mantis in an ugly sweater. I guess I could order the parts from somewhere and put the Guardians in festive attire.

What is today’s Advent item?

Today we have the mining ship from GOTC. I thought this was yesterday’s build was. But wait there’s more there’s also a mini escape pod. This is suppose to be two tiny ships. Kind of hard to tell since they are so small. I thought yesterday’s build was small. They’re not suppose to connect I just misread the instructions at first.

I dislike these super micro things, They just don’t add much to the calendar. It would have been better if they had two mining pod instead of the tiny escape pod.
